FOREST BATHING

 Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a gentle, sensory practice from Japan—not hiking or physically challenging. It invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore balance through mindful connection with nature.

FOREST BATHING for Individuals or Groups

GUIDED FOREST BATHING (60 minutes)

Arrival & Rooting  

Let your shoulders drop, your breath deepen, and your pace soften. This 60 minute guided forest bathing invites you to reconnect with nature. Through breath, stillness, and the quiet presence of trees, you’ll ground your energy, release tension, and return to yourself. 

GUIDED FOREST BATHING (90 minutes)

Deepening Presence  

Exhale what you’ve been holding and return to yourself. This 90 minute guided forest bathing experience invites slow movement, deep breath, and quiet awareness—reconnecting you with nature, the present moment, and what truly matters. 

FOREST BATHING YOGA (60 minutes)

In the Presence of Trees, We Remember Ourselves

Forest Bathing Yoga combines gentle movement, breath, and reflection with the healing presence of trees. This nature-based practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—restoring calm, balance, and a sense of belonging. 

3-SESSION SERIES (60 minutes each)

Immerse yourself in three 60 minute GUIDED FOREST BATHING sessions that use the healing power of nature to reduce stress, restore balance, and nurture your well-being through mindful presence among the trees.
