Affectionately known as Michelle, she is an educator, writer, and advocate whose work gracefully weaves together wellness, creativity, and community care.

Her path has been as diverse as it is deep—shaped by years as a yoga teacher for adults and children, a continuing education provider, and a guide in both aqua and aerial yoga. She’s also a licensed Florida cosmetologist and a certified sylvotherapy practitioner, bringing the grounding energy of nature into her work. This blend of disciplines allows her to meet people in many ways—through movement, touch, creativity, and connection.

With roots in yoga, art, cosmetology, and community engagement, Michelle creates inclusive, nurturing spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. She invites her students to move beyond old stories, opening the way to experience the truth—the present moment as it is. 

Guided by nature and shaped by her own lived experience, she blends healing practices, storytelling, and environmental harmony—inviting connection, resilience, and transformation to take root.
