Lemongrass is a 90-minute, sensory-friendly grief ritual for individuals or small groups, rooted in stillness, breath, and gentle mindful movement. Grief is held—not healed—supported by blankets, bolsters, and nurturing props that invite rest and safety. The ritual closes with a ceremonial sharing of lemongrass tea, offered in remembrance.
