Lemongrass is a 90-minute grief ritual for individuals or small groups, rooted in stillness, breath, and gentle, mindful movement. Grief is held—not healed—supported by blankets, bolsters, and other nurturing props that invite rest and safety. The experience closes with a ceremonial sharing of lemongrass tea—calming, cleansing, and offered in remembrance.
